Our houses are located near to the village Las Palas, situated in the area of Mazarrón. In that region, you can enjoy an enviable weather with more than 300 days of sun per year and an annual average tempature of 21ºC.

	The landscape is composed of fields of almond trees and small mountains next to huge beaches of fine sand, but also small bays in almost virgin state.
Las Palas is a small and cozy village with all the services : Supermarket, bars and restaurants, shops, pharmacy and medical center. It is located at 25 minutes in car from Cartagena and 45 minutes from Murcia. It is also very close to the urbanizations of Camposol, Hacienda de Álamo, Polaris World and Mosa Trajectum.
